VQ4446 is an AS568-446 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 8.475 in (215.27 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.025 in (229.24 mm). In service, this quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
