4457-514AD MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-457 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile supplied with an inside diameter of 13.975 in (354.97 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.525 in (368.94 mm), catalogued under part number VQ4457. It seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or amines.
