4464-514AD MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

VQ4464 is an AS568-464 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 17.455 in (443.36 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 18.005 in (457.33 mm). In service, this quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and aerospace.
