ROD WIPER (AN STYLE) 1 1/2 SLOTTED HEEL

The WAN17SH is a Polyurethane (AU/EU) Wiper Type WAN Wiper Seal with a 1-1/2 inch inside diameter. This wiper seal scrapes dirt, moisture and debris from an extending rod before it can reach the primary seal.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. The compound resists extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and ozone. Exposure to ketones or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in press and forming equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and construction machinery.
