APG stocks the WH1000, a Polyurethane (AU/EU) Wiper Type WH Wiper Seal measuring a 1 inch inside diameter. A wiper seal removes contaminants on the return stroke to protect downstream sealing elements.

The compound resists petroleum oils, abrasion and wear, and ozone. Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers very high tensile strength and load capacity, exceptional abrasion resistance. It is not the right choice where prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases are present.

Common environments for this compound include hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure fluid power, and mining and heavy equipment.
